I have asked in email for whether battery replacement is available for ZE554KL.
He, probarbly 'He' I guess, asked me to let him know if I request the replacement,
and let me know that fee will be charged beside 'Extended Service Plan'
So, I answered to let him know that later.
Afterwards, I requested him in mail again to let me know the replacement fee, procedure and Expansys Hongkong address where the phone to be delivered as we answered from the first mail reply, but then no answer.
I mailed several time but no answer.
So, My phone battery is running out faster than usual, and I need to replace the battery, but customer service gives me no answer for my request.
So, please let me know the battery replacement procedure, fee, and address, so that I can get the battery service from the seller.
